Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINISTIC, CONTACTLESS PATIENT MONITORING AND PREDICTIVE CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT Disclosed are system (100) and method (200) for deterministic, contactless patient monitoring and predictive clinical decision support. The system (100) comprises at least one Radio Access Network (RAN) unit (102) configured to operate within a Sub-terahertz (Sub-THz) frequency range and perform integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) operations to transmit sensing beams toward a patient target subject (104), receive reflected radio frequency (RF) signals modulated by physiological micro-movements, and generate raw in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) reflection data. A server (108) comprising processing circuitry (116) processes the raw I/Q reflection data to extract physiological motion characteristics, generate patient-specific physiological estimations, compute predictive deterioration risk scores, and generate context-aware clinical alerts using patient- specific clinical information retrieved from hospital information systems. The disclosed system further provides radio-biometric patient identity verification, deterministic low-latency monitoring, encrypted local storage, and autonomous local operation during Wide Area Network (WAN) outage conditions without reliance on external cloud connectivity.
