Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a system for detecting and correcting exercise postures. The system (100) includes force-sensitive resistor sensors (102) that generate analogue voltage signals proportional to applied pressure at body contact zones, and vibration motors (104) positioned at corresponding body contact zones. A hardware processor (106) electrically connected to the sensors (102) and vibration motors (104) receives the analogue voltage signals and converts the signals to digital pressure values. The hardware processor (106) compares the digital pressure values against reference pressure distribution patterns for specific exercise postures to determine posture deviation parameters. When deviation parameters exceed predetermined threshold values, the hardware processor (106) generates haptic control signals activating specific vibration motors (104) at spatial zones corresponding to incorrect posture locations. Spatially-localized tactile feedback enables real-time posture correction during exercise without requiring visual monitoring. FIG. 1
