MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641109704 A) filed by Vikram Kishore Murty Allu on September 12, 2026, for System And Method For Dependency-Aware Continuity Of Ai-Derived Regulatory State.

Inventor includes Vikram Kishore Murty.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system maintains continuity of machine-derived semantic state across versions of a regulatory source. During generation of a derived semantic object, the system records an object-specific semantic consumption signature identifying normative fields and interpretation dependencies actually consumed in generating respective output components, distinct from source information merely retrieved. Successive source versions are compared to generate typed semantic change objects. An interference engine evaluates the change objects against recorded dependencies before regeneration. Where no interference exists, the derived object is retained and a machine-readable source-transition continuity certificate authorizes reuse with the later source version. Where interference exists, a dependency graph identifies an affected dependency closure, and only affected output components or intermediate computational state are regenerated while unaffected computational state is preserved. The system thereby enables dependency-level invalidation, controlled continuity, provenance-aware reuse, and avoidance of unnecessary machine inference.
