Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for customer relationship data integration and analysis comprising a processing circuit, a memory circuit, a plurality of communication interface units, a data acquisition unit, a data normalization unit, a customer association unit, a relationship mapping unit, a customer history storage unit, an analysis processor and an output interface. The communication interface units receive customer-related records from heterogeneous customer information sources, and the data acquisition unit temporarily stores the received records together with source identifiers and acquisition timestamps. The data normalization unit converts source-specific fields into a standardized customer relationship data structure comprising customer identification, contact, transaction, interaction, service-event, feedback, timestamp and source-reference fields. The customer association unit compares identifying information of normalized records with stored customer records and assigns an association identifier corresponding to an existing customer or generates a new customer identifier.
