The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLED PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULARY MANAGEMENT USING BOUNDED VENDOR ARCHITECTURE A computer-implemented system and method for controlled pharmaceutical formulary management is disclosed. The system comprises a processor and a memory storing programmed instructions executable by the processor. The system operates a vendor allocation engine maintaining a bounded approved-vendor set with normalized allocation weights per managed pharmaceutical item or therapeutic category, a formulary constraint module enforcing an indication-to-drug-to- vendor mapping, an inventory optimization engine processing stock, batch, expiry, lead time, and consumption data to generate replenishment and redistribution outputs, a dynamic vendor governance module computing vendor performance scores and updating vendor participation state, a clinical decision support interface generating inventory-aware ranked pharmaceutical recommendations, and a multi-node synchronization module propagating inventory state, formulary constraints, allocation weights, and transfer records across a plurality of pharmacy nodes. The system reduces candidate search-space complexity and improves distributed inventory state consistency through bounded vendor participation and synchronized allocation-constrained formulary governance.
