Abstract: A system (100) for continuous privacy-preserving compliance verification is disclosed. The system (100) includes one or more processors (100-1) and a non-transitory computer-readable medium (100-2) storing instructions that cause the one or more processors (100-1) to execute, by a trusted execution unit (108), a compliance predicate over private input data within a hardware-isolated execution environment and generate a zero-knowledge proof without revealing the private input data. An attestation unit (110) generates an attestation record binding an identity, a code measurement, and a compliance circuit measurement to a cryptographic signature. A key derivation unit (112) derives a verification key responsive to successful attestation verification and a prevailing compliance policy. A recursive proof-graph unit (114) computes a graph state value by cryptographically combining a prior graph state value, the attestation record, the zero-knowledge proof, and the verification key to establish a tamper-evident proof chain across successive compliance epochs.
