MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621036766 A) filed by Persistent Systems on March 26, 2026, for System And Method For Continuous Personality Profile Construction Using Structured Memory Models.
Inventor includes Mr. Nitish Shrivastava.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: A system and method for continuous personality profile construction using structured memory models are disclosed. Behavioral data is obtained through read-only application connectors (110) within a contained computing infrastructure (101). A signal extraction layer (120) derives structured signals representing communication patterns (121), decision-making tendencies (122), temporal activity patterns (123), emotional indicators (124), preference evolution (125), and social interaction dynamics (126). The signals are calibrated through a cross-application calibration layer (128) including signal normalization (128a), context weighting (128b), and temporal alignment (128c). The calibrated signals are stored within a memory model architecture (130) comprising episodic memory (131), semantic memory (132), and procedural memory (133) interconnected through a cross-memory index (134). A personality inference engine (140) including a trait scoring module (141), confidence module (142), and stability module (143) generates personality profiles stored in a personality profile store (150) and updated through a continuous update controller (160) and feedback loop (165).
