MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621089410 A) filed by Kovidara Advisors LLP on July 22, 2026, for System And Method For Contextual Human-Artificial Intelligence Interaction.
Inventors include Parag Kulkarni; and Vinayak Jagtap.
The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTEXTUAL HUMAN-ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTERACTION The present disclosure relates to a system (100) and method (200) for contextual human-artificial intelligence interaction that dynamically allocates executable tasks between a user (106) and at least one artificial intelligence system according to an execution objective (108). The system (100) comprises a communication interface (102) and one or more processors (104) configured to receive contextual data, generate a plurality of candidate choices, establish relationships among the candidate choices to construct a contextual choice graph, compute relationship values and traversal scores, and generate task allocation data identifying tasks for human execution and artificial intelligence execution. The system further generates explanation data, evaluates compliance using predefined human-centric operational parameters, and updates the contextual execution graph according to execution feedback. Execution instruction data is transmitted to a remotely located computing device for artificial intelligence execution, while device status data and execution result data are utilized for adaptive optimization. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
