MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621084890 A) filed by Persistent Systems Limited on July 10, 2026, for System And Method For Context-To-Context Derivation Using Deterministic Context Graphs And Derived Context Capsules.
Inventors include Mr. Nitish Shrivastava; and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: A system and method for generating derived contextual intelligence from multiple Context Capsules (104) is disclosed. The system comprises a Context Registry (106), a Context Graph (108), a GraphWeave Orchestrator (110), a ParentScope Resolver (112), a SchemaLoom Aligner (114), an EntityStitch Resolver (116), an EvidenceBraid Collector (118), a Derivation Kernel (120), a ConfidenceLattice Engine (122), a LineageSeal Recorder (124), an ImpactRipple Propagator (128), a Version Manager (130), a Policy Manager (132), and a Materialization Manager (134). The system identifies parent Context Capsules, performs version binding, schema alignment, entity resolution, evidence collection, contextual intelligence synthesis, validation, confidence computation, and lineage recording to create a derived Context Capsule (126). The derived Context Capsule (126) is registered within the Context Registry (106), linked through derivation edges in the Context Graph (108), and materialized into optimized representations. The system further supports recursive derivation, federated derivation, update propagation, policy inheritance, and reproducible contextual intelligence generation.
