Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Context-Aware Legal Validation of Dark Patterns The present invention relates to a computer- implemented system and method for context-aware legal validation of digital interface dark patterns and digital violations. Information associated with a detected digital violation is analyzed to identify applicable legal obligations based on contextual factors including jurisdiction, industry, customer profile, and regulatory environment. Relevant legal provisions are retrieved from authoritative legal sources and validated using expert-reviewed legal knowledge and semantic analysis. Retrieved provisions are assessed to determine legal applicability and contextual relevance, while iterative refinement operations are performed when validation results are inconclusive. Structured compliance outputs comprising legal findings, supporting rationale, compliance recommendations, and audit information are generated. Validated legal outcomes are continuously incorporated into legal knowledge repositories to improve future retrieval, prioritization, and validation processes.
