Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Context-Aware Agentic LLM Compliance Risk Assessment with Automated Multi-Document Control Verification A computer- implemented system and method for compliance risk assessment are disclosed. The system receives structured use-case information through a conversational interface and enterprise records through an automated multi-document ingestion pipeline. A preprocessing engine normalizes policies, workflows, delegation matrices, monitoring reports, audit findings, and related evidence. A semantic extraction engine constructs a context object describing process steps, actors, authorities, obligations, controls, and jurisdictional metadata. A framework manager instantiates a hierarchical risk taxonomy, and an orchestration engine invokes specialized LLM agents to identify risks. A web-intelligence module continuously refines the context object using regulatory updates and emerging incidents. A context-aware scoring engine computes severity, likelihood, detectability, and relevance values and derives inherent and residual risk rankings. A control engine extracts controls, recommends gap-remediation controls, and verifies control sufficiency. The system preserves lineage, user review history, and auditable SQL persistence. Outputs comprise assurance reports, gap analyses, review tasks, change logs, dashboards, and records.
