An adaptive decision engine dynamically modifies therapeutic protocols based on movement performance, mental health assessment outcomes, hormonal cycle phase, and longitudinal progress data. The system further comprises therapist collaboration modules for remote session monitoring, protocol customization, therapeutic review, encrypted communication, local data processing, and protected storage of user information, thereby enabling personalized therapeutic management.
