Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMPARATIVE NARRATIVE ANALYSIS OF CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY REWRITINGS OF MYTHIC WOMEN The present invention discloses a system and method for comparative narrative analysis of classical mythological texts and contemporary literary rewritings, with particular focus on representations of mythic women. The system integrates narrative processing, comparative alignment, gender-aware ontology modeling, and artificial intelligence–based inference to systematically identify and analyze transformations in agency, voice, suffering, identity, moral authority, and sociocultural interpretation across temporal and cultural contexts. Classical texts and modern rewritings are ingested through a unified interface and processed using linguistic normalization, narrative segmentation, and character-centric event extraction. Corresponding narrative events are aligned using a comparative analysis engine and mapped to structured interpretive dimensions. An artificial intelligence inference module generates comparative transformation indicators, narrative evolution profiles, and interpretive summaries. Analytical outputs are presented through visual timelines, transformation diagrams, contrastive matrices, and exportable scholarly reports.
