Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOSED-LOOP ADAPTIVE SOIL STABILIZATION AND FIELD-APPLICABLE FORMULATION GENERATION The present invention relates to a system and method for closed-loop adaptive soil stabilization and on-field formulation development. Soil characterization assembly computes a native property vector including gradation, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, maximum dry density, optimum moisture content and California Bearing Ratio. The native soil is partitioned into matched micro-batches with the addition of controlled perturbation in individually adjustable mineral bonding, interlocking, plasticity control, moisture conditioning and microfiller fractions. Treated samples are formed, compacted, cured and tested for generating soil-specific directional response matrix linking each fraction with property variations. Uncompensable constraints rule out any formulation which does not meet criteria for bearing strength, density, moisture, plasticity or constructability. Corrective dosing controller adjusts fraction responsible for violated constraint within a verified response region. Only then the formulation is released after separately prepared confirmation sample produces required property vector within error tolerance. The formulation is released with specific stabilizer amount, moisture level, compaction and curing.
