Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a system (100) and a method for autonomous safety provision in vehicles (102) for pregnant/patient passengers. The system (100) comprises camera units, sensor units, and a processing unit coupled to an infotainment screen. The processing unit integrates received images, videos, and sensor readings with data from a server (104) using V2V/V2X communication to adjust driving parameters, reducing jerks from road irregularities and vulnerable road users to a predefined threshold limit. The system (100) provides autonomous safety provisions by selecting a pregnant/patient mode from the infotainment screen. In-vehicle user interface features are adjusted based on facial detection to provide safety and comfort. The system (100) uses artificial intelligence algorithms for processing and offers emergency alerts to medical authorities and personal contacts in case of emergencies. This efficient and innovative system (100) enhances passenger safety and comfort during travel. Fig. 1
