MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521118033 A) filed by Hexaware Technologies Limited on November 27, 2025, for System And Method For Autonomous Operation Of Information Technology Environments.
Inventors include Sanjesh Rao; and Sundar Muthuraman.
The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTONOMOUS OPERATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENTS A system and method for autonomously operating an information technology environment is disclosed. One or more processors receive operational inputs including monitoring data, telemetry, alerts, or user-initiated intent and generate candidate operational actions using an artificial intelligence-based control system that performs contextual analysis of current inputs and historical operational data. Prior to execution, each candidate operational action is subjected to a mandatory verification process that evaluates compliance with predefined operational policies and determines an execution trust state based on execution confidence, historical outcomes, and policy indicators. Execution is selectively authorized only when the execution trust state satisfies a predefined authorization condition. Authorized actions are executed to modify components of the information technology environment. Execution outcomes are recorded in a persistent machine-readable knowledge structure, which is subsequently used to influence generation and authorization of future operational actions. The disclosed approach provides governed, trust-calibrated, and continuously improving autonomous control of infrastructure resources. Fig. 1
