The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Autonomous Edge-Orchestrated Intelligent Connected IoT Infrastructure The present invention is generally related to systems and methods of autonomous AI-based edge orchestration in intelligent connected Internet of Things infrastructures. The system includes various IoT devices, edge nodes, communication interfaces, memories, and processors capable of collecting operational data and determining communication quality, workload on the processor, memory capacity, power state, and operation context. The processors will predict the occurrence of communication congestions or any link failures and dynamically choose optimal paths for communication, perform priority of sensor data based on their context relevance, and create semantic representations of data to minimize communication overheads. Further, the processors redistribute the processing loads, move AI inferencing jobs from one edge node to another, reconfigure the network topologies automatically, validate operational decisions through distributed consensus, identify any anomalies, isolate malfunctioning nodes, and provide control commands for the physical devices/actuators.
