Abstract: The present invention discloses a system (100) and method for autonomous crop disease detection and early warning through multispectral imaging. The system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle platform (110) with a flight controller (112) and GPS navigation module (114) for autonomous flight, a multispectral imaging unit (120) having a camera sensor array (122) capturing spectral reflectance across visible, red edge, and near infrared bands, and an image preprocessing module (124). A central processing unit (130) computes vegetation indices via a calculator (134) and classifies crop health using a disease detection engine (132) employing a trained deep learning model. An early warning generator (136) produces geo tagged disease alerts disseminated through an alert notification module (144) of a ground control station (140). The system detects crop diseases at pre symptomatic stages enabling timely agricultural intervention.
