Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system and method for automating fitness screening using an artificial intelligence pipeline for biomechanical assessment of human movement. The system comprises a movement ingestion module configured to accept live or recorded video feeds and perform preprocessing including de-noising and frame normalization to generate processed frames. A multimodal recognition engine utilizing convolutional neural networks and transformer- based models tracks a human skeleton and segments body parts from the processed frames. A biomechanical element extractor identifies joints and limb segments and reconstructs body movement topology using graph-based reasoning. A semantic layer links reconstructed movements to recognized health standards and resolves visual ambiguities including occlusions using generative artificial intelligence. An output generator produces machine-readable logs and visual stress heatmaps representing biomechanical parameters and movement deviations. A cloud orchestration layer manages data flow between modules using serverless functions, event-driven queues, and on-demand compute resources.
