The system (106) facilitates fuel supply to the one or more vehicles through the one or more fuelling services based on the schedule plan. The system (106) records information associated with the fuel supply to the one or more vehicles from the one or more locations. The system (106) automatically generates a fuel delivery note (FDN) associated with the fuel supply based on the recorded information, where the FDN indicates cost associated with the fuel supply. The system (106) transmits the FDN to one or more users of the one or more fuelling services.
