The system (100) further includes a location tracking interface (106) configured to receive location data and live traffic data. The system (100) further includes a central server (108) and a hardware processor (110). The hardware processor (110) is configured to determine a slot- holding window duration for a booked parking slot based on location data and live traffic data. The hardware processor (110) releases the booked parking slot upon expiry of the slot-holding window duration, detects an overstay condition upon an elapsed occupancy duration exceeding a pre-recorded booking duration, and transmits a slot reallocation signal from the central server (108) to a registered device (114) identified from a reallocation queue (112) based on a booking request timestamp.
