The system automatically analyzes source code to identify software defects, security vulnerabilities, coding standard violations, code smells, technical debt, maintainability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Artificial intelligence models process extracted software quality features to generate predictive quality scores, defect classifications, and optimization recommendations. The explainable artificial intelligence module provides confidence scores, defect localization, and interpretable reasoning for each prediction. The invention supports integration with Integrated Development Environments, version control repositories, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines, thereby enabling real-time software quality assessment, reducing development effort, improving software reliability, enhancing cybersecurity, and supporting efficient software engineering practices
