Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for automated regulatory compliance management of an entity. A Compliance DNA builder derives an entity-specific 10 obligation set from a structured entity profile and a regulatory corpus through an ordered filter chain having an age-maturity gate selectively bypassed for held registrations. A decay- scoring engine computes a composite urgency score from a time-ratio term, a historical on-time rate, and logarithmic complexity and 15 penalty shift terms, with a distinct overdue sub-model. A ripple- detection engine classifies obligations impacted by a regulatory change by fusing a dense vector search and a lexical text search through reciprocal rank fusion. A penalty-prediction engine quantifies exposure, an auto-draft generator produces filing-ready 20 documents, and a multi-agent engine routes queries to specialist sub-agents invoking deterministic tools, while an audit-replay module re-executes decisions and a change-stream bus propagates real-time updates.
