Abstract: Title: System and Method for Automated pH Monitoring and Predictive Feed Recommendation in Biogas Plants The current invention relates to an autonomous monitoring and decision-support system (301) for anaerobic digestion-based biogas plants for assessing digester health and improving methane production stability. The system comprises an automated in-situ pH measurement and self-calibration subsystem (303) including a selectable slurry intake arrangement (103), a sealed measurement chamber (104), a fixed-position pH sensor (105), a plurality of fluid reservoirs (106) containing calibration buffer solutions, a conditioning solution and a cleaning fluid, and a fluid routing assembly (107) controlled by an embedded controller (108). The system performs cyclic slurry measurement for hydrolyser and digester units, automated cleaning, two-point self-calibration, and conditioned storage of the pH sensor, and transmits validated measurements to a remote data processing platform (109). A predictive analytics module (111) processes current pH and historical operational parameters to generate feed recommendations presented through an operator dashboard (110), while implemented feed information is stored for subsequent recommendation cycles.
