The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system for automated legal compliance monitoring. The system (100) includes a plurality of IoT sensors (108) each monitoring a physical operational parameter bound to a compliance rule in a regulatory rule database (104). A compliance evaluation circuit (106) evaluates real-time operational data streams against regulatory thresholds using a trained ANN model and outputs a compliance risk score (208) encoding a physical parameter deviation magnitude and a forecasted violation probability. A regulatory parsing circuit (110) parses a regulatory document (202) to extract an amended regulatory threshold and updates the corresponding compliance rule in the regulatory rule database (104). An adaptive retraining circuit (112) retrains the trained ANN model upon detection of the amended regulatory threshold. An alert generation circuit (114) transmits a compliance alert signal to an alert output interface (116) upon the compliance risk score (208) exceeding a predefined threshold. FIG. 1
