Abstract: A computer implemented system and method for automated assessment of human resource analytics implementation maturity is disclosed. A data ingestion module extracts records from a plurality of heterogeneous enterprise data sources. A construct mapping engine resolves each extracted field to one of six canonical constructs by deterministic rule matching and, for unresolved fields, by a similarity measure computed against stored canonical dimension descriptors, with unresolved fields routed to an exception queue whose dispositions are written back as new rules. A normalisation module converts mapped values to bounded dimension scores. A weighted scoring engine computes construct scores and a composite maturity score, wherein construct weights are derived from stored inter construct path coefficients representing directional influence strength. A path propagation module computes total effect values comprising direct and mediated path contributions and suppresses paths falling below a threshold. A prescriptive sequencing engine identifies deficient constructs, computes marginal composite gain per unit remediation effort by increment simulation and propagation, and outputs an ordered intervention sequence subject to a precedence constraint. A temporal comparison module computes construct drift across successive runs and generates regression and intervention ineffectiveness alerts. The system produces a reproducible, auditable and machine readable maturity assessment together with an ordered remediation plan
