The system (100) comprises second control unit (104) communicably coupled with first control unit (102). The first control unit (102) generates first hash corresponding to first identification information. The second control unit (104) then generates second hash corresponding to second identification information. The first control unit (102) transmits challenge request generated basis first hash to second control unit (104). The second control unit (104) is configured to compare challenge request with second hash. The second control unit (104) transmits challenge response corresponding to second hash and challenge request to first control unit (102). The first control unit (102) is configured to compare challenge response with first hash. The first control unit (102) and second control unit (104) mutually authenticate, when challenge response matches with first hash, thereby ensuring data integrity. Reference
