MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611087898 A) filed by Tejvir on July 17, 2026, for System And Method For Attack-Reachability-Gated Autonomous Self-Healing With Kill-Chain Verification.
Inventor includes Tejvir.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for attack-reachability-gated autonomous remediation of infrastructure misconfigurations is disclosed. A security scanning module detects a misconfiguration, located as a node within a probabilistic attack graph. A reachability and choke-point module pre-screens candidate remediations, which a digital-twin module notionally applies without production writes. A Pareto ratchet module computes a two-dimensional posture vector, comprising an attacker-reachability coordinate and a regulatory-materiality coordinate, and admits a candidate remediation only when it does not worsen either coordinate, lowering a monotonically non-increasing high-water vector and sealing each admission into a hash-chained ledger. For misconfigurations lacking predefined remediators, a first generative model synthesizes candidate remediations conditioned on an identified attack technique, while a second, independently identified generative model executes a replayable kill-chain reproduction against a counterfactual digital-twin copy. An admission certificate, binding the technique, reproduction, configuration hash, and both model identities, is issued only upon provable reproduction failure, with negative-constraint regeneration, escalation, and sealed counterexamples guarding unresolved findings.
