Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ASSESSING LIFESTYLE-RELATED DETERMINANTS FOR PREDICTING NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASE RISK The present invention relates to a system and method for assessing lifestyle-related determinants among sedentary workforce populations to predict non- communicable disease (NCD) risk. The system comprises a data acquisition module (110) for collecting demographic, anthropometric, dietary, physical activity, stress, sleep pattern, and substance use data through standardized questionnaires including Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). A processing module (120) analyzes collected data using statistical correlation algorithms to identify relationships between lifestyle factors and NCD risk indicators. A risk assessment engine (130) generates comprehensive risk profiles based on Body Mass Index (BMI), physical activity levels, stress scores, ultra- processed food consumption patterns, and sleep quality metrics. The system further includes an intervention recommendation module (140) that provides personalized lifestyle modification suggestions. The invention is particularly applicable to information technology sector employees who exhibit sedentary behavior, irregular dietary habits, and elevated stress levels, enabling early identification and intervention for NCD prevention.
