Abstract: A system and a method for generating at least one radiological report indicative of chest-region features are disclosed. The method (1700) includes receiving the one or more radiographic images from a radiographic imaging device (110). The method includes segmenting one or more of a left lung region and a right lung region from the one or more radiographic images into an upper lung zone, a mid-lung zone, and a lower lung zone. The method includes identifying one or more lesions within the upper lung zone, the mid-lung zone, and the lower lung zone using one or more Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. The method includes determining, for each lesion, a lesion score indicative of lesion prominence. The method includes identifying one or more chest-region features. The method includes generating at least one radiological report based on the identified one or more chest-region features.
