Abstract: A method for anomaly localization using multi-level data abstraction layers is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by one or more processors, input data from one or more data sources. The method includes constructing a plurality of hierarchical data abstraction layers corresponding to the input data while maintaining mapping relationships among the plurality of hierarchical data abstraction layers. The method includes generating feature representations associated with each of the plurality of hierarchical data abstraction layers. The method includes establishing correlation relationships among the feature representations of the plurality of hierarchical data abstraction layers. The method includes generating a contextual representation based on the established correlation relationships. The method includes determining one or more anomaly locations by evaluating the contextual representation together with the mapping relationships maintained among the plurality of hierarchical data abstraction layers. The method includes generating=g confidence values corresponding to the one or more anomaly locations; and
