Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) that includes a user interface (102) configured to receive user inputs and display video frames with segmentation overlays. A preprocessing unit (104) processes video input by decoding it into sequential frames and normalizing image characteristics. A semantic perception unit (106) generates segmentation masks using feature embeddings derived from the frames and encoded user inputs. A propagation and tracking unit (108) propagates the segmentation masks across frames by estimating motion and maintaining temporal consistency. A validation unit (110) evaluates the propagated masks based on area consistency and motion coherence to selectively accept or reject results. A correction unit (112) enables user-driven refinement of segmentation masks. A storage and export unit (114) stores segmentation data and outputs annotated results, wherein the units operate in an integrated pipeline to enable real-time segmentation, tracking, validation, correction, and export of annotated video data.
