Abstract: The invention discloses a system and method that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) to analyze speech and facial features for detecting and monitoring health conditions such as Alcoholism, Alcohol-Related Liver Disease (ARLD), and Hepatic Encephalopathy (HE). The system comprises an input device for receiving speech sample, a camera for capturing facial expressions and features, and an output screen for displaying AI-generated questionnaires. The subject answers verbally, and the system analyzes both speech and facial data using AI/LLM to identify disease indicators. The system stores voice samples, facial images, and diagnostic scores to create a personalized database for ongoing monitoring. Upon completion, it generates a diagnostic score reflecting the degree of alcoholism, ARLD, or HE, providing a non-invasive, AI assisted tool for early diagnosis and management of liver-related and neuropsychiatric disorders.
