Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Analysing the Impact of Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in L&T Construction The present disclosure relates to a system and method to analyse the effect of employe engagement on organisational citizenship behaviour in construction environment especially in L&T Construction. The system includes employe wearable units, work-zone identification units, task interaction terminals, safety-response devices, a communication interface, a memory and a processor. The processor receives workforce-interaction data related to participation in the task, presence in the work zone, acknowledgement of communication, safety compliance, voluntary assistance and co-worker coordination. The processor generates an engagement indicator and an organisational citizenship behaviour indicator and determines an impact relationship therebetween. A collaboration deviation is detected when the organisational citizenship behaviour indicator is not above a task-specific threshold that is determined according to a construction task and site-risk condition. The processor generates a context-specific intervention output for a wearable unit, safety alert device, supervisor dashboard or site display unit. Then, the later received workforce-interaction data is evaluated to confirm the deviation correction. Employe identifiers anonymised to protect privacy.
