The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR AIOT BASED SMART PARKING Disclosed is a system (100) for AIOT based smart parking. The system (100) includes IoT- enabled sensors (102) to detect parking occupancy and vehicle presence, an information processing apparatus (104) to process real-time data, user devices (106) for interaction, and a communication network (110) for data transmission. The sensors (102) monitor parking spaces and transmit data to the apparatus (104), which uses algorithms to analyze parking availability, predict trends, and calculate dynamic pricing. Users access the system through devices (106) to locate, reserve, and navigate to parking spaces via GPS. Route optimization algorithms ensure efficient navigation, considering traffic conditions and real-time updates. The system (100) also supports peer-to-peer parking, enabling spot owners to list private spaces and earn income. This scalable system enhances urban mobility by reducing traffic and optimizing parking utilization. Fig. 1 is the reference figure.
