Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AI-ENABLED WORKFORCE ALLOCATION TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY OF CRITICAL HEALTHCARE EXPERTISE The present invention discloses a system and method for AI-enabled workforce allocation to improve accessibility of critical healthcare expertise, particularly for patients in rural and underserved regions. The system comprises a patient intake and profiling module that collects patient data through a simplified user interface and generates an initial severity score for rapid triage; an AI-based forecasting and workforce allocation module having a predictive AI engine and an optimization algorithm that dynamically assigns healthcare professionals by integrating urgency classification, specialization matching, real-time availability, geographic proximity, and workload balancing within a unified computational framework; and a monitoring and feedback module that continuously tracks outcomes and efficiency metrics, enabling adaptive learning and progressive system improvement.
