Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AI-ENABLED MULTI-FACTOR PHYSICAL ACCESS CONTROL WITH LIVENESS DETECTION, GEOLOCATION VERIFICATION, AND TAILGATING PREVENTION The present invention discloses an Al- enabled multi-factor physical access control 5 system comprising a user interface module (1), a camera capture unit (2), a code scanning module (3), an identity verification server (4), a facial recognition engine (5), a liveness detection module (6), a geolocation acquisition module (7), a geofencing validation module (8), an AI person detection module (9), a tailgating monitoring unit (10), an access control unit(11), and an authentication log database (12). The code 10 scanning module (3) validates registered identity information, while the facial recognition engine (5) and liveness detection module (6) authenticate real-time user presence through biometric verification and blink detection. The geolocation acquisition module (7) and geofencing validation module (8) confirm authorized geographic presence of the user device. The AI person detection module (9) and 15 tailgating monitoring unit (10) monitor the entry region for detecting unauthorized multiple-person entry attempts. The access control unit (11) grants physical access only when all authentication conditions are successfully satisfied. The authentication log database (12) stores security event records and verification data for monitoring and audit analysis. The invention provides secure, scalable, and web-based physical 20 access management using integrated Al-driven authentication and monitoring functions.
