Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence based integrated fitness management platform that combines real-time computer-vision-based posture and gesture analysis with smart wearable sensor integration to deliver personalized, injury-aware exercise guidance without dependence on continuous human trainer supervision. The system captures live video of a user during exercise, extracts body joint landmarks, and computes joint angles which are compared against biomechanically validated reference ranges to detect improper form and generate immediate corrective feedback. Concurrently, an instrumented smart shoe transmits pressure and ground-contact data that is fused with the visual analysis to produce a composite injury-risk score, triggering real-time alerts when unsafe movement patterns are detected. The platform further comprises an AI-based module for generating personalized workout and nutrition plans, a gamified progress-tracking dashboard, role-based interfaces for members, trainers and gym owners, QR-code based attendance recording, secure OTP authentication, integrated payment processing, and an online supplement store, thereby providing local gymnasiums and individual users a single unified, digitally transformed fitness ecosystem addressing guidance, affordability, motivation and administrative challenges collectively.
