The system includes a multi-modal environmental biosignal acquisition module configured for acquiring environmental parameters from distributed sensing devices; an adaptive sensor reliability validation module configured for validating data integrity; a spatial contamination propagation mapping module configured for detecting contamination propagation; an artificial intelligence-based microbial risk prediction engine configured for predicting infection likelihood; an adaptive airflow optimization module configured for optimizing airflow conditions; an intelligent surface contamination verification module; a medical equipment hygiene verification module; a contamination interaction reconstruction module; a dynamic infection barrier recommendation module; a hospital resource prioritization module; a continuous adaptive learning module; a processor; and a memory. This approach includes the receipt and validation of environmental biosignatures, estimation of contamination propagation, prediction of infection risks, verification of sanitation effectiveness, hygiene assessment of equipment, optimization of environmental conditions, generation of adaptive containment recommendations, prioritization of infection control resources, and continuous update of surveillance models.
