The system (100) receives agricultural datasets comprising crop information, geographical information, cultivation season information, yield information, market-price information, profitability information, and demand-related information. A workflow automation framework automatically retrieves and filters agricultural records, while an analytics engine generates demand metrics, profitability metrics, and crop performance indicators. An artificial intelligence prediction engine produces crop demand forecasts and crop profitability predictions. A crop performance evaluation framework computes a Unified Crop Performance Index (UCPI) and generates region-wise crop rankings. The system (100) further provides dashboard-based visualization, field-monitoring functionality, farmer-buyer association, and automated report generation within an integrated agricultural intelligence architecture.
