Abstract: An artificial intelligence-based autonomous aerial dispatch system and method for real-time accident response is disclosed. An accident detection module (110) generates an accident alert signal comprising geo-coordinates of a detected incident, received by a central dispatch controller (112), which queries a drone fleet status database (114) storing real-time telemetry of a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (116). A drone selection engine (118) selects a suitable unmanned aerial vehicle (116) based on computed suitability scores. The selected vehicle autonomously navigates, using a navigation and obstacle avoidance module (122), to the incident location, where an onboard vision module (124) captures live visual data processed by a severity assessment engine (126) to compute a real-time triage severity score using a trained artificial intelligence model. A live data transmission module (128) transmits said data to a central command dashboard (130) and an ambulance dispatch integration interface (132), dynamically updating ambulance routing. An emergency payload module (134) selectively releases medical aid, while a two-way audio- visual communication module (138) enables remote-guided first-aid to bystanders.
