Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for AI-based adaptive image enhancement and multi-dimensional quality optimization. The disclosed system acquires an input image, performs preprocessing, extracts multi-scale visual features, identifies semantic scene characteristics and image degradation conditions, and dynamically determines an optimized enhancement strategy using artificial intelligence models. Multiple enhancement operations including denoising, super-resolution, deblurring, contrast optimization, brightness correction, color correction, edge refinement, and texture preservation are adaptively executed according to image content. An iterative quality assessment engine continuously evaluates enhancement performance and refines processing parameters until predefined quality objectives are achieved. A reinforcement learning module updates enhancement policies using historical enhancement outcomes for continuous performance improvement. The invention provides improved visual quality, semantic preservation, computational efficiency, adaptive intelligence, and scalability across mobile devices, surveillance systems, industrial inspection platforms, medical imaging systems, autonomous vehicles, cloud infrastructure, and edge computing environments.
