Abstract: Abstract of the Invention The present invention relates to a system and method for adaptive resource-constrained orchestration of intelligent language model processing. The invention dynamically analyzes input queries and selectively routes the queries to one or more specialized processing modules including reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation, external search, and computational processing modules based on real-time evaluation of query complexity, resource availability, and expected response quality. A routing decision engine optimizes processing pathways by balancing computational resource utilization including latency, memory usage, and processing cost with output performance. Outputs generated from selected modules are synthesized into a unified response through a response synthesis module. The invention further incorporates a feedback-driven adaptive learning mechanism configured to continuously refine routing policies using historical execution data and performance metrics, thereby improving efficiency, scalability, and response quality in intelligent language model processing systems.
