Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system and method for adaptive privacy-aware edge intelligence for personalized health monitoring. The system comprises a health data acquisition and local processing module (110), a personalized edge processing module (120), a physiological adaptive learning controller (130), a privacy evaluation module (140), a secure parameter exchange module (150), a resource-aware optimization module (160), and a personalized redistribution module (170). Physiological information received from one or more sensing devices (111) is processed locally to generate health assessments and prediction outputs. The physiological adaptive learning controller determines a physiological drift score and selectively initiates synchronization based on physiological variation and device operating conditions. The privacy evaluation module determines a privacy risk score for controlling transmission of learning parameters. The invention reduces communication overhead, improves resource utilization, enhances privacy protection, and facilitates personalized health monitoring in distributed edge computing environments.
