Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE PARKINSON’S WORKOUT CONTROL USING MEDICATION TIMING AND PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK The present invention relates to an adaptive workout control system for Parkinson’s disease patients that dynamically adjusts exercise routines based on medication timing, historical performance data, and user-reported difficulty. The invention provides a method and system for generating safe and personalized exercise modules tailored to the disease stage of a patient. The system comprises a workout control system including an extraction module configured to determine the Parkinson’s disease stage from user profile data, and a generating module configured to generate stage-based exercise routines comprising medically safe exercises. A monitoring module tracks user interaction with the exercises, including completion, pauses, interruptions. A storage module stores session outcomes and user feedback including perceived difficulty and fatigue. An updating module dynamically modifies future exercise parameters based on stored performance data and feedback while considering medication timing and posture requirements to enhance safety and exercise effectiveness.
