Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for adaptive multi-layer information security enforcement using dynamic threat intelligence correlation. The system comprises a communication interface, memory unit, input processing unit, threat intelligence processing unit, correlation processing unit, risk assessment processing unit, security policy processing unit, network traffic enforcement unit, endpoint enforcement unit, access enforcement unit, application enforcement unit, and security event storage unit. The input processing unit converts security information from multiple sources into structured security event records. The threat intelligence processing unit associates threat indicators with the security event records, while the correlation processing unit establishes relationships among current and historical events to determine a correlated threat condition. The risk assessment processing unit determines a security risk condition, and the security policy processing unit generates corresponding enforcement instructions for selectively controlling network traffic, endpoint activity, access operations, and application transactions.
