Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for adaptive multi-aspect graph construction and fusion from heterogeneous atmospheric sensor data obtained from ground weather stations, including Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) and conventional meteorological stations. Multi-parameter measurements comprising air temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation and related variables, together with station metadata, are used to automatically construct four complementary graph representations: a spatial graph based on geographic locations and distances between stations; a temporal graph capturing time-evolving and lagged dependencies; a semantic graph based on similarity of atmospheric feature vectors; and a physics-informed functional graph that incorporates atmospheric physical relationships such as pressure–wind and temperature–humidity relations. These four graphs are adaptively fused according to data quality indicators, sensor uncertainty estimates, spatial density and task requirements to produce an optimal multi-aspect graph representation. The fused representation improves the accuracy and robustness of atmospheric analysis tasks including multi-station forecasting, nowcasting, anomaly detection and data quality control, and is particularly suited to irregular and heterogeneous weather station networks.
