Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Adaptive Mechanical Energy Conversion and Industrial Efficiency Optimization An adaptive mechanical energy conversion system and process for optimizing efficiency in industry is described. The adaptive mechanical energy conversion system includes an adaptive mechanical energy conversion system comprising industrial sensors, a processor, memory, transceiver, artificial intelligence/machine learning optimization engine, and adaptive energy management engine. The industrial sensors continuously collect operational data that includes vibrations, rotations, torques, thermal data, pressures, and kinetic energy dissipation in industrial machinery. The artificial intelligence/machine learning optimization engine evaluates the collected data to detect recoverable mechanical energy situations, inefficiency in operations, and predictive machine deterioration trends. A hybrid energy conversion unit converts dissipative energy into reusable energy. An adaptive energy orchestration engine manages the allocation of energy recovery through industrial subsystems and energy storage units. Other functionalities incorporated in the adaptive energy conversion system include predictive maintenance analytics, federated industrial learning, adaptive electromechanical tuning, and digital twin-enabled industrial optimization.
