MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611002609 A) filed by Inventoscope LLP on January 09, 2026, for System And Method For Adaptive Expert-Driven Instruction Via Multi-Modal Cognitive Analysis And Hybrid Expert-Digital-Twin Orchestration.
Inventor includes Rahul Jindal.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system (100) and a method for adaptive expert-bound instruction via multi-modal cognitive analysis and hybrid digital-twin orchestration. The system (100) acquires multi-modal learner interaction and physiological signals through a learner interaction and sensing module (1110), performs cognitive signal analysis using a cognitive signal analysis engine (1130) and contextual state inference using a contextual state inference engine (1160) to determine learner’s state. An adaptive knowledge orchestration engine (1200) dynamically controls instructional behavior based on the inferred state. An instruction source selection and arbitration engine (1530) selectively routes instructional generation between an expert digital twin (1350) and an expert entity (1300) based on system-generated escalation criteria. An expert-bound instruction generator (1340) creates expert-consistent instructional outputs, a hybrid reasoning engine (1450) ensures their integrity for delivering through an interactive instruction agent (1410). The system (100) continuously adapts instruction in real-time, maintaining expert-level quality while offering scalable, personalized learning. FIG. 2
