Abstract: A method for adaptively controlling a bio-artificial-intelligence interface of a healthcare device (106) is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by one or more sensing components (104a, 104b) of the healthcare device, a plurality of physiological signals from a subject and a plurality of interaction signals associated with an interaction of the subject with the bio-artificial-intelligence interface of the healthcare device. The method includes determining one or more parameters based on the received plurality of physiological signals and the plurality of interaction signals. The method includes generating a subject-specific bio-interaction state. The method includes determining, from the subject-specific bio-interaction state and a current interface state of the healthcare device, an adaptation requirement indicative of a difference between an interface configuration. The method includes selectively applying a subsequent interface adaptation based on the updated relationship.
